Built for companies with staff spread across sites

Industry figures on what it costs to leave a workforce in the dark. You'll have yours in your own dashboard within fifteen days.
Figures from industry studies on deskless workforces. We quote them as context, not as a guaranteed result.
80%
of the global workforce
work away from a desk. They are the majority, and the worst informed.
1 in 2
have no work email
in manufacturing, retail and logistics. The main channel never reaches them.
5 hrs
per person per week
is the average lost looking for internal information that isn't where it should be.
×2
the staff turnover
in workforces that feel out of the loop, next to those that don't. That costs more than the tool.
The problem
Work email covers whoever has a computer. The rest find out from the cork noticeboard by the entrance, from a WhatsApp group the supervisor set up, or they don't find out at all.
Illustrative percentages of the pattern that repeats in companies with staff outside the office. You'll see yours in your own dashboard within fifteen days.

01
Announcements with photos, video, PDFs, surveys and events. With comments and replies, because one-way communication stops being read by the third week.
02
How many people actually opened each announcement, and which department is being left out. Sorted from lowest reach upwards, so what isn't landing comes first.
03
Staff propose and a manager reviews. There's a record of who approved what and when, which is what any internal audit asks for.
Comparison
| Criterio | Email, noticeboard and WhatsApp | Blastack |
|---|---|---|
| Reaches people with no work email | No | Yes, with a code and their own phone |
| You know how many people read it | No | Percentage by site and department |
| Asking the workforce | A one-off form, no follow-up | Surveys with a breakdown, anonymous if needed |
| Proof that a procedure was read | A signed sheet, if anyone collects it | Read receipt with date and time |
| Company data on personal phones | In WhatsApp groups nobody controls | In your account, with roles and an audit log |
| Cost | Nothing on paper, hidden in wasted hours | €1 per employee per month, and the modules in cents |
We posted the shift change at eight and by midday we knew 84% of the plant had read it. Before that, the question had no answer.

Getting started
No rollout project, nothing to integrate with your HR system and no training for the workforce.
You register the company, upload your logo and pick your brand colour. Five minutes.
A joining code is generated and goes up on the physical noticeboard, or the supervisor reads it out at the shift change.
The first announcement goes out today and tomorrow you have the read rate by department.
Pricing
You pay for the people who use it. Two things are in the base fee: the noticeboard with its review queue, and the directory. Everything else is ten modules you switch on and off from inside the tool, at one to ten cents per person; with all ten on it's €1.28 per employee per month. And if you pay for the year up front, you get twelve months for the price of ten. No setup fee, no minimum term and no hardware to buy.
€1.00per employee per month
Your bill
€163.50
a month, excluding VAT · 4 modules included
No card. When the trial ends you decide: month by month, or the year up front, which comes to twelve months for the price of ten. If you don't carry on, nothing is charged.
Security
Nothing leaves Europe. No transfers to the United States and no third parties analysing your content.
The isolation is checked on every database query, not just on screen.
We store a scrypt derivation, never the password. Sessions are stored encrypted.
In an anonymous survey the link between answer and person is never stored. Not even an administrator can rebuild it.
Frequently asked questions
If a committee has to approve this, the questions are different ones, and they are all answered separately.
€1 per person per month covers two things: the noticeboard with its review queue, and the directory. On top of that there are ten modules you switch on: chat (€0.10), communities and sections (€0.04), documents with read receipts (€0.03), events (€0.02), surveys (€0.02), reach analytics (€0.02), corporate identity with single sign-on (€0.02), channels (€0.01), recognition (€0.01), and access and activity logs (€0.01). With all ten on it's €1.28 per person per month. You turn them on and off from inside the tool whenever you like. The base fee came down from €1.50 to €1 when communities and events moved out of it: anyone who wants everything now pays €1.28 where they used to pay €2.25, and anyone who only wants communities pays €1.04.
€500 a month excluding VAT: 500 people at €1. With the ten modules switched on it would be €1.28 per person, so €640 a month. Billing is on the people active in each month, so anyone who leaves stops counting. The price per person is the same for 30 as for 3,000: no tiers and no hidden charges.
Yes: the annual cycle is twelve months for the price of ten. Those 500 people pay €6,000 a year month by month, or €5,000 paying for the year up front; with the ten modules, €7,680 month by month or €6,400 up front. It isn't a promotion or a launch offer: it's the price of the cycle, and the two months are what the company saves by paying in one go. The monthly cycle still exists and still has no minimum term.
Nothing automatic: we don't ask for a card to start, so nothing gets charged by itself. If you want to carry on, you move to the €1 per employee per month plan plus the modules you switch on, and there you choose between paying month by month or the year up front. If not, the account closes and the data is deleted.
It's pro-rated by the day and settled on the next invoice. If you switch chat on in March with the year already paid, you're charged for the part of the cycle that's left, counted in days. If you drop a module, the unused part becomes a credit against the next invoice: no money is refunded. Same with headcount: if new people join you're charged for the rest of the year, and if headcount falls there's no credit, it's adjusted at renewal.
Neither one nor the other. There's no minimum term, no minimum monthly fee and no minimum number of people: a company of 30 employees pays €30 a month and gets exactly what one of 3,000 gets. The annual cycle is an option, not a requirement. That's the difference with tools that ask for a monthly minimum, where a small shop ends up paying almost the same as one with a hundred people.
That is exactly why Blastack exists. You generate a joining code, the person enters it on their own phone and the account is created with their personal email. They don't need a company account, and nobody in IT has to set them up.
No. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like any app. There's nothing to install on your computers either.
No. It opens in the browser, so you need mobile data or wifi wherever it's being read. In a dead spot there's nothing to read until the signal comes back, and there's no offline mode either. In practice people deal with it by looking in the changing room or before going onto the line, but it's better to know that beforehand than afterwards.
For joiners and leavers, yes. The corporate identity module speaks SCIM 2.0, so when somebody is taken on or taken off in your HR system, the Blastack account is created or deactivated on its own. It costs two cents per person per month. What there isn't is the rest: no import from an Excel or a CSV file, no payslips and no shifts. And people can still join with invitation codes that carry the department and the site inside them, which is what you use for the part of the workforce that has no account in your directory at all.
Yes. You upload your logo and choose your brand colour, and they replace ours across the whole platform. Each person can also pick their own interface colour.
The interface is in twelve languages: English, Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Swedish, Dutch, Polish, Romanian and Czech, and each person picks their own and sees the whole app in it. Posts can be written in those same twelve, and everyone reads the version in their own language. What we do not do is machine-translate what you publish: whoever publishes writes each version by hand. If your workforce reads three languages, somebody has to write three versions, because the tool will not produce them for you.
Yes, and there's a page of its own for each case. Structurally it's the same thing —one organisation, several houses, the people in each house— but two things change that matter. The first is the wording: you pick it when you set the account up, and the tool starts saying members, professionals or volunteers instead of employees, and stations, branches or sections instead of sites. The second is who runs what: each member organisation can have its own administrator, who signs up their own people and publishes for them without seeing anybody else's. What doesn't change is the invoice: there's one, in the name of whoever signs, and it's charged per person on the roll whether or not they're on your payroll.
For communicating with the workforce, yes: noticeboard, communities, comments, surveys, documents and directory. For the rest, mostly no. Workplace shut down for good on 31 May 2026 and we have no importer for anything you took away with you, no integrations, no machine translation and no live video. Single sign-on with your directory is the one thing on that list we do have, over OpenID Connect. There's a whole page setting out what you lose by coming here.
Pick one plant or one branch, hand out the code and publish two announcements. In fifteen days you'll have the percentage of people who read them. That is exactly what you don't have today.
