Garages and automotive
There is no computer and no work email in the workshop: there is a technician with his phone in his locker. Blastack gets the service campaign, the safety data sheet and the technical bulletin to every site, and tells you how many people read it.

What happens today
Technicians, panel beaters, sprayers and parts staff have no company account. What goes out by email reaches reception and accounts, who need it least.
Technical information and manufacturer campaigns arrive by email to the workshop manager, and from there they reach the bays by word of mouth and half told.
The dealership, the body shop and the fast fit centre don't need the same things, and when everything goes to everybody people stop reading within a fortnight.
Paint, solvents, ramps and batteries. When an instruction changes, COSHH means you have to be able to show that it landed, and who got it.
Use cases
It doesn't open job cards, it doesn't handle bookings or parts, and it doesn't connect to your DMS or to the manufacturer's system. What we cover is getting the information to the people in the bays; the job card carries on living where it lives today.
The campaign went out on the Monday and by Tuesday we knew which garages had read it. That used to mean ringing round one by one.
What's included
The noticeboard and the directory are in the base fee. Analytics, surveys, documents and chat switch on separately, at between one and ten cents per person.
