Retail and shop floor
A promotion that changes on Thursday has to be live in all forty stores on Thursday. Blastack puts it on the shop floor team's phone, not in the store manager's inbox.
€1.00 per person per month · No card · No minimum term
What happens today
Head office writes to the store manager, the store manager passes it on at the morning huddle, and half the team gets a garbled version or nothing at all.
With people joining and leaving every month, setting up a company email account for each one is a job nobody ever gets round to.
You don't know whether the promotion is set up in Manchester the way it is in Glasgow until you ring round store by store.
Someone serving customers doesn't open a computer all day. The channel has to be the phone.
Use cases
There are no opening and closing checklists, no task allocation by shift, and no connection to your EPOS or HR system. Blastack gets the communication to the shop floor team; what has to be done in each store carries on being managed wherever you manage it today. And one point about fit, because it is the most common mix-up: this page is about a chain you own. If the stores belong to franchisees who hire on their own, what changes is who administers each one, and that is covered on the franchise page.
We posted the promotion at nine and by lunchtime we knew which stores had seen it. That used to be forty phone calls.
What's included
The noticeboard and the directory are in the base fee. Analytics, surveys, documents and chat switch on separately, at between one and ten cents per person.
