Surveys and employee engagement
Surveys with four question types, turnout broken down by department, and anonymity that holds up: when a survey is anonymous, the link between the answer and the person is not stored.
+ €0.02 per person per month
What it does
Single choice, multiple choice, a one to five scale and free text.
In an anonymous survey, who answered is not stored. Not even an administrator can reconstruct it.
Turnout comes out lowest first, so the area that is missing appears at the top.
Nobody has to go looking for it: it appears where people are already looking.
With a closing date, or closed by hand once there is enough.
No waiting for it to close to see where the answers are going.
Ticking a box that says anonymous is worth nothing if the database stores who answered what. Here, when the survey is anonymous, the answer is stored with no link to the person. The trade is that you lose the breakdown by department, and we say so on the screen itself instead of pretending we have it.
Who it's for
That covers the noticeboard and the directory. The other modules switch on and off from inside the tool, at between one and ten cents per person. No setup fee and no minimum term.
