Franchises
One brand, forty employers. Blastack gets the message from head office to the team in each unit without going through the franchisee's inbox, and leaves each unit its own administrator.
€1.00 per person per month · No card · No minimum term
What happens today
Head office writes to the franchisee and the franchisee decides what to pass on and when. The launch reaches the unit three days late and one shade different.
Joiners and leavers are handled by each franchisee when it suits them. Any list head office keeps is born out of date and ages on its own.
Brand standards, the product procedure and this month's promotion don't carry the same weight, but through the same WhatsApp group they get the same attention: none.
They won't accept head office managing their people or seeing their payroll, and they're right: those are their contracts and their liability.
Use cases
Every unit lives inside the same Blastack organisation and there is one invoice, in the name of whoever signed up. There is no billing per franchisee, no subscription each unit pays separately, and no separate contracts. And the narrowed remit is for the unit's administrator, not for head office: whoever administers the whole organisation sees every unit. If your network needs each franchisee to be a customer in their own right, that is forty Blastack accounts today, not one.
The promotion leaves head office and lands on the shop floor team's phone, not in the owner's inbox. That's the whole difference.
