Demo
The fifteen-day trial is fine for anyone who wants to get in and have a poke around. A buying committee usually prefers half an hour with a person who can answer what they are going to be asked internally. That is what this is.
Your email client opens with the outline already written. Nothing is sent until you press send.
What to tell us in the email
With that much we can tell you by email, before we meet, whether Blastack is any use to you. Sometimes the answer is no, and we save you the meeting.
The meeting
Not an hour and a half, and not forty slides. We go straight into the tool, with a sample company already set up and data inside it.
We are a small team and here that works in your favour: when you ask whether something can be done, the answer comes there and then and it is the truth, not a 'let me check and get back to you'.
Tell us beforehand how many sites you have and what you need to solve, and we build the example around that: targeting by site, the read receipt on a procedure, the anonymous survey or the reach dashboard.
We set aside time specifically for the list of what we don't have today, so it doesn't turn up in week three of the trial. It is the part of the meeting we care about most.
If employee representatives are involved
In a company of two thousand people, this is not decided by whoever books the demo. These four things are free and commit you to nothing.
What this isn't
There are few of us, so the demo might not be tomorrow. We always reply, and we say when.
The trial is fifteen days with no card and it doesn't start charging on its own. Plenty of people would rather have a play for an afternoon before asking for a meeting, and that is a perfectly sensible way to start.
