The workforce triples in season and empties out when it ends. Blastack onboards each person with a code and gets the hygiene instructions to them, with a record of who has read them.
€1.00 per person per month · No card · No minimum term
What happens today
From a hundred and twenty people to four hundred in three weeks, and back again. Any onboarding that depends on IT or on a company account arrives too late.
Handling, workwear and cleaning rules have to reach every person who walks into the production hall, and at a BRCGS audit you have to be able to show that they did.
What affects the packing line doesn't affect the field gang. Sending everything to everybody is how people stop reading within a fortnight.
The packing hall runs in four languages, and a laminated notice on the wall gets read by whoever reads it.
Use cases
We say it here because in this sector it matters: the interface is in twelve languages and posts can be written in those same twelve, but Blastack does not translate your posts for you. If your packing hall runs in Polish, Romanian and Lithuanian, you either write it in each language or you write plain English and accept what that costs you. It isn't a traceability or HACCP system either: it keeps the record that the instruction was read, not the record of what was produced.
Four hundred people come in over three weeks in season. With a code on the changing room wall we had them inside in two days.
What's included
The noticeboard and the directory are in the base fee. Analytics, surveys, documents and chat switch on separately, at between one and ten cents per person.
