In a company with several sites, the most repeated question is who is handling this. A directory you can search live, and that gives you a phone number, solves more missed calls than any other feature.

That covers the noticeboard and the directory. The other modules switch on and off from inside the tool, at between one and ten cents per person. No setup fee and no minimum term.
