What happens today

The four problems that keep coming up

Your workforce is in somebody else's building

The cleaning team comes in at six in a building that isn't yours, and the security officer works his shift alone on a post. They never see head office.

A new contract is a new workforce

When a client comes in or goes out, dozens of people TUPE across at once. The mailing list never reflects who is on which contract today.

Documents handed over by hand

Payslips, rotas and procedures that somebody has to physically take to each site, or that pile up until the person happens to come into the office.

Nobody knows whether the notice landed

You ring the area manager and trust him to pass it on. With two hundred sites, that isn't a channel: it's a chain of messages.

Use cases

What it gets used for in Cleaning and security

  • Notice targeted at the people on a single client or contract
  • Document with a read receipt, without anyone having to come into the office
  • Site safety procedure, with a record that it was read
  • TUPE transfers onboarded with a code, with no company email address
  • Incident report with a photo, straight from the site
  • Directory with the area manager for each contract

What we don't solve

It isn't time and attendance, and it isn't job sheets

It doesn't record hours, it doesn't schedule sites and it doesn't replace your workforce management software. And on language, precisely: the interface is in twelve languages and posts can be written in those same twelve, but we don't translate what you publish. If a site works mostly in another language, whoever publishes has to write that version; and if that language isn't one of the twelve, we don't cover it yet.

We have people on a hundred and twenty client sites. It's the first time we've published something and known how many of them read it.
