This legal notice governs access to and use of the website blastack.com (the site), which is an informational and commercial website: it presents Blastack, an internal communications platform for companies, it allows visitors to contact the owner, and it gives access to signing up for a trial account.

Use of the platform, hosted at app.blastack.com, is not governed by this notice but by the Terms of service and by the contract signed with each customer company. In the event of any conflict between the two texts, the Terms of service prevail in everything relating to the platform.

Browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice in the version published at any given time. Anyone who does not agree with it should refrain from using the site.

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, with good faith and with this legal notice, and not to use it in any way that could damage it, overload it or prevent its normal use by others. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Using the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights and interests of others.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, the platform or the owner's systems without authorisation, or carrying out security testing without prior written permission.
• Introducing or spreading malicious software that could damage the owner's systems or those of other users.

The content of the site — text, photographs, illustrations, design, navigation structure, source code, databases and any other element — belongs to APRENDIZAJES DEL FUTURO, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

The name Blastack, its logo and the other distinctive signs that appear on the site are the property of the owner. Their use without express written authorisation is not permitted, not even for comparative or descriptive purposes that could cause confusion as to commercial origin.

Viewing the content and reproducing it for private use are authorised. Its transformation, distribution, communication to the public or any other form of exploitation without the owner's prior written consent is not authorised.

Linking to pages on the site is permitted provided that the link leads to the complete page, that its content is not reproduced inside a frame (framing), that no false or inaccurate statements are made about the owner, and that no commercial or sponsorship relationship is implied where none exists.

The owner aims to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of typographical errors or of details that have become outdated. The figures from industry studies quoted on the site are offered as context and do not constitute a promise of results.

The features, prices and conditions published on the site are for information only. What binds the parties is the contract actually signed and the Terms of service in force at the time of contracting.

The processing of personal data arising from use of the site and of the platform is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of this legal notice.

The site does not use analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies, and does not load third-party resources that could collect browsing data. The platform uses a single technical cookie to keep the session open, which is exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. The details are in the privacy policy.

The owner reserves the right to change the presentation, the configuration and the content of the site, as well as this legal notice, in order to adapt them to changes in the law or to how the service itself develops.

The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of access, with the last-updated date shown at the top.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, where the user acts as a business or professional the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Granollers, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction. Where the user is a consumer, the competent courts are those that correspond to them by law.

If any clause of this legal notice is declared void, the rest will remain valid and will be interpreted as if that clause had never existed.
