Roles and moderation
Four roles with different scope and a review queue: staff propose, a manager approves or rejects with a reason, and who did what stays on the record.
Included in the base fee
What it does
Owner, administrator, editor and employee, each with its own scope.
What staff write waits for approval instead of publishing itself.
The reason goes back to the author, so they know what to fix.
Sign-ups, deactivations, role changes, approvals and rejections are stored with a date and an author. Today you get them on request: there is still no screen that shows them.
Nobody changes their own role, nobody deactivates themselves, and the company is never left without an owner.
It can be switched off if you would rather everyone published directly.
Either only the management team uses the tool and it turns into a newsletter nobody reads, or everyone uses it and management loses control of what goes out. The review queue solves both: staff write and a manager decides, in a two-click flow.
Who it's for
That covers the noticeboard and the directory. The other modules switch on and off from inside the tool, at between one and ten cents per person. No setup fee and no minimum term.
